Why guests can’t stop raving about the food at V&V weddings

One of the most talked about elements of a V&V wedding is the amazing array of food and drinks. Designed to please every palate and flow effortlessly through each stage of the wedding, V&V ensures that the food experience at your wedding is unforgettable.

Here’s a look at what guests can expect at a V&V wedding;

1. Post-ceremony aperitifs

After the “I do’s”, your guests will be treated to post-ceremony aperitifs. Think fresh, seasonal salads, seafood, a live cooking station, cheeses, asian fusion, fresh meats and charcuterie alongside beautifully prepared hot dishes that showcase the flavours of the region.

2. Cocktails and sunset hour

Picture a full open bar set up by a lagoon, stocked with premium spirits, branded alcohol, beer, wine and cocktails. From sparkling aperitifs to custom-mixed cocktails, the offerings flow freely from 2 pm. to 4 am. Our mixologists will even work with you to design signature drinks.

3. Three course sit down dinner

Following the cocktail and sunset hour, guests are invited into the reception room for a three course sit down dinner. The menu options are waiter served and tailored to suit your tastes, whether that means a plated Mediterranean seafood starter, a rich and flavourful main course, or a vegetarian option highlighting local, fresh produce.

4. Coffee and apéritifs

After the three course dinner, coffee and liqueur is served. Baileys is a popular choice.

5. Cheese and dessert buffet

Just when your guests think the food journey is complete, they’re invited to a cheese and dessert buffet, which is available for guests to graze throughout the evening. A spread of cheeses, fresh fruits, artisanal desserts, and pastries.

6. The wedding cake

Next is the spectacular cut of the cake. Where guests are served sparkling wine and show-stopping wedding cake.

7. Late-night snacks

Served around 1am.
